Contracting and cancellation policies
1) For the guarantee of both the client and the company, one (1) night of guarantee will be requested in advance payment for the confirmation of the reservation without exception.
2) In case of contracting a stay greater than or equal to 3 nights, the company will request 50% of the total stay in advance payment.
3) If the reservation was made through an external platform or server and the client received an email through the same indicating the condition of payment to make the reservation effective, and the deadlines for the realization of the same are expired, the company reserves the right of cancellation.
4) In case of recent reservation (overnight or same day) and the deposit has not been paid, the company reserves the right of admission.
5) Any modification will be subject to availability. If the modification is made within 7 days prior to arrival, there will be a penalty of 50% of the value of the first night.
6) In case of cancellation by the company (due to any inconvenience related to the goods of use at the date of admission) the client will be refunded 100% of the reservation made.
7) In case of depositing an amount greater than one night and requesting the cancellation of the reservation, the administration reserves the right to refund, leaving open the possibility, if the cancellation is due to force majeure (not personal), the rescheduling of the trip, leaving the amount paid as a credit or with the remaining refund to the first night (which enters as a guarantee) with a tax charge of 10% of the amount for having entered the account.
8) In case of deposit greater than the guarantee night and requesting a change in the dates of stay, up to two changes will be contemplated in a period not greater than six (6) months of issuance of the primary reservation for modification of the reservations obligatorily.
9) Penalty: In case of reducing the number of nights during the stay without prior notice and for personal reasons, 25% will be charged for each night cancelled.
10) Reservations are not transferable.
11) Rates are frozen only after 100% payment in advance.
12) Late Check OUT: If you wish to extend your check out time, you must request it in advance to the administration and it will be subject to availability. A 75% or 100% of the night will be charged according to the schedule.
The deposit of the guarantee night will imply the acceptance of these policies.
